Meet Our Doctors


Dr. Michael S. Johnson

Dr. Johnson was born and raised in Fargo, ND and graduated from the University of North Dakota majoring in Biology and minoring in Chemistry as a Presidential Scholar. After graduating from college, he attended dental school at the University of Colorado. There, he did research projects in dental restorative materials and dental composites. After graduating in 2012, he was accepted to and completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency in Honolulu, HI working with specialists to increase his clinical procedures.

Dr. Johnson has extensive educational training and experience in clear aligner therapy (Invisalign*), cosmetic dentistry, Botox* and toxin therapy, TMJ/TMD therapy, orthodontics and implant restorations. He has been practicing in North Dakota since 2013 and is proud to call Grand Forks his home.

Dr. Johnson is a member of the American Dental Association, North Dakota Dental Association and the American Academy of Facial Esthetics.

In his free time, Dr. Johnson enjoys golfing, hunting and spending time with his wife and daughter. He also enjoys painting natural scenery and building projects at home, which aligns with his enjoyment of the artistic and restorative side of dentistry.

Dr. Nathan Dunham

Dr. Dunham was born and raised in Grand Forks. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of North Dakota and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Creighton University.

Since graduating, Dr. Dunham has remained committed to furthering his proficiency in all aspects of general dentistry. He has additional educational training in clear aligner therapy, implant restorations, and digital dentistry, including same-day crowns. He strives to provide the best care for his patients and holds memberships in the American Dental Association, North Dakota Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. He is grateful to be back home practicing dentistry and serving the community.

In his free time, Dr. Dunham enjoys traveling, fishing, going to the lake, and spending time with friends and family.
